Purpose

This policy explains what personal data GoodAlgo collects and how it is used. It supplements the Legal Notice and the Cookie Policy.

Data Collected

GoodAlgo collects information when you:

• fill in the contact form to obtain information about our services or request quotes;
• sign and/or download the manifesto for ethical and responsible AI;
• request an ethics self-assessment via the ADEL platform;
• apply for job openings;
• subscribe to our newsletters;
• visit our website.

The data collected includes, depending on the type of interaction: IP addresses, browser information, email addresses, names, phone numbers, ages and postal addresses.

Use of Data

The information collected is used to:

• personalise your experience and improve our content;
• respond to your requests and questions;
• send you marketing communications if you have consented to them.

Data Sharing

We may disclose your personal information only to our staff (executives, consultants, project managers) where reasonably necessary. Sharing with third parties only takes place where required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

Retention Period

Personal data is retained for 36 months (3 years) from the date of collection.
