As an individual, civil society organisation, private company, public institution or territory participating in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within a framework of trust towards society:
I commit to ensuring that my AI acts for the common good and the social well-being of all beings that constitute humanity, with purpose and benevolence.
I commit to ensuring that my AI operates within a framework centred on solidarity-based justice, fair and equal, preserving socio-cultural diversity and inclusion, without discrimination.
I commit to ensuring that my AI respects the freedoms, free will and free and informed consent of the human beings whose personal digital data it uses.
I commit to ensuring that my AI does not harm the individuals whose personal data it uses, by maintaining complete confidentiality and respect for privacy.
I commit to ensuring that my AI is subject to prior information and human supervision under conditions of traceability and security for society, so as to never deceive or harm human beings.
I commit to ensuring that my AI is never used for acts of transhumanism, by respecting the dignity, condition, identity and human nature of individuals.
I commit to ensuring that my AI maintains a high level of control over its accuracy, robustness and reliability throughout its entire lifecycle.
I commit to ensuring that my AI does not relieve me of my responsibilities regarding its use, in view of the ethical and moral ideals shared by the greatest number of people.
I commit to ensuring that my AI produces evidence enabling its explainability and interpretability in all circumstances, if required by society.
I commit to ensuring that my AI is respectful and responsible towards the environment and guarantees a stronger ecological sustainability for the planet.
